Our Database Managed Services provide peace of mind that your databases are being well-managed by expert DBAs. If you are an existing CNC Managed Services customer, our Database Managed Services are a natural complement to your existing support model. If you are a new customer to ERP-One, we are confident that our Database Managed Services can provide you with true value.
Our Approach
ERP-One offers three tiers of Database Managed Services: Standard, Extended, and Premium. Each tier provides predictability in service level and price.
- Database Managed Services – Standard provides the essentials in remote database management. This service is appropriate for customers requiring daily verification of database key indicators and log file reviews.
- Database Managed Services – Extended expands on our Standard tier with the addition of database backup management and verification, and the completion of operational support requests.
- Database Managed Services – Premium provides clients with a complete remote database administration solution. In addition to the components of our Extended tier, we also provide value-add activities such as: regularly scheduled database maintenance and audits, upgrade and patch plans, capacity planning, among others.
