BUILDING A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR YOUR ERP ARCHITECHTURE…

The Challenge:
A premier builder of remote work-force accommodations, PTI Group required a major upgrade to their ERP system.  With their existing CNC department already engaged in the day to day CNC Operations, PTI called upon a trusted, experienced partner for assistance.

The Solution:
After conducting initial workshops to assess the company’s ERP requirements and map out possible future needs, ERP-One developed a detailed implementation plan employing ERP-One installation methodologies   to develop a solid foundation for the new ERP environment.

In order to minimize business disruption, ERP-One built a completely new ERP platform and conducted extensive user testing and provided training and mentoring to internal CNC staff over a period of several months. Although not initially engaged to perform the live update, PTI subsequently asked ERP-One to act as the technical lead for the this portion of the upgrade. The result was a seamless transition with minimal business impact, on-time and on budget.
