Who is WTS?
WTS is the leading provider of hosting, managed disaster recovery and infrastructure services for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and World applications. Our sole focus is on hosting this Oracle application family and third party complementary solutions. WTS supplies the hardware, operating system software, and facilities management in support of EnterpriseOne and World systems.  WTS customers also have unlimited access to technical Customer Support Center for connectivity, performance, and other technical issues. Optional services include full disaster recovery at an alternate site with standby equipment and a team on-site to perform the recovery. On overview on WTS includes:

  • WTS was co-founded with JD Edwards in 1997 and was the first hosting provider to support JD Edwards applications.
  • WTS owns and operates two secure data centers. Our production data center is located in Seattle, WA and our disaster recovery data center is located in Denver, CO (on the Oracle campus).
  • WTS hosts full enterprise systems for more than 65 JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and World customers, with over 10,000 enterprise users and complementary product users.

WTS Data Centers
WTS operates two secure data centers. Our production data center is located in Seattle, WA. This facility is located on one of the largest multi-tenant data center and Internet campuses in the world. The Seattle data center:

  • Is strategically located on three separate power grids
  • Has eight carriers on Campus with redundant fiber
  • Has redundant UPS systems with diesel generator backup
  • Provides 24x7 security with video surveillance
  • Meets or exceeds industry standard environmental controls and monitoring

WTS’ Denver data center is located on the Oracle Campus. We operate a fully autonomous disaster recovery facility and it is manned with WTS employees dedicated to disaster recovery only. The Denver data center:

  • Is strategically located on the Oracle campus
  • Has multiple power grids
  • Is served by regional carriers on Campus with redundant fiber
  • Has redundant UPS systems with diesel generator backup
  • Provides 24x7 security with video surveillance

This close proximity to Oracle’s JD Edwards product & support teams ensures that our customer’s issues are addressed by the best available resources for JD Edwards solutions. WTS is committed to continually improve the quality of the services we deliver. A portion of every WTS employee’s time is invested in innovation, efficiency and quality improvements. WTS requires the continual certification of all of our technical staff in the latest software and hardware technologies.
